She built up her skills by training with numerous artists in the L’oreal Professionnel Color World, including a focus on balayage. Kimberly gets tremendous satisfaction helping her clients find just the right color for them. Whether you are looking to be a vibrant red head, sultry blonde, or perfect hard-to-achieve brunette, Kimberly brings her artistry and knowledge to make it possible. She has been helping clients look and feel their best at Salon ILO since 2009.

Lee is a Hollywood native, Vidal Sassoon Academy Alumni, and global hair educator with expertise in fashion runway, film, commercials and editorial styling. Lee's strong eye for aesthetics, refined skill sets producing the most sophisticated hairstyles flowing organically from artist, to guest and beyond exclusively for Salon ILO.

Shawn brings more than 20 years of expertise in color, haircuts, and barbering. A graduate from Graham Webb, his passion for transformations and personal style shines through in every client he serves. From fashion showcases to community initiatives, Shawn's dedication to his craft extends beyond the salon chair.

Beginning in 1993, his career has taken him from Paris to the prestigious Shokunin Click Styling Team for Fashion Week in LA. He believes a haircut can transform not just appearance, but mood—a philosophy that fuels his passion for connecting with people, hearing their stories, and sharing his own. Always learning, he sees hairstyling as a lifelong journey of creativity and communication.
